1920s Chicago Cubs Baseball O U Shine Cub Shoe Polish Pin Button Early Advert
This is a very scarce early Chicago Cubs pin. It was an advertising piece issued to promote "Cub Shoe Polish" by means of the Chicago Cubs baseball team. The picture on the front is a Cub shining his shoes with the letters O U on the top and Shine on the bottom. The reverse reads, Bright Face and Shining Shoes, A Man's Best Capital. This pin was manufactured by. Martin & Martin in Chicago in the 1920's. Very few exist in this great condition. It measures 1.5 in diameter.
